They are only here to complain noisily. Things would be a lot better if those who don’t like the strip simply stop reading it and move on with their pointless, little lives.
HIPAA can be gotten around. The HIPAA Federal law, enacted in 1996, is indeed a law with rather light and often unenforced penalties. The HIPAA Transaction Rules, Privacy Rule, and Security Rule which most people now think of as. HIPAA, are not laws but a set of lightly-enforced regulations. Both have more holes than a sieve.
Don’t worry about it. First, it’s going to happen regardless, and second, there’s not a darn thing any of us can do about it other than ride it out. We may have to do it without mobile phones, a steady power grid, and some satellites for a while, but hey, why sweat the load.
