Now I've entered codgerhood I have a bit more time to take part in some of the comment sessions. I'm an American raised in Yorkshire, that's pronounced Yawkshuh to the uninitiated. My screen name isn't meant to describe attitude but status as in average.

He knows when you are sleeping. He knows when You’re awake, He knows if you’ve been bad or good, He’s a stalker for ****’s sake.

It’s meaningless without the HO trains.

More to the point, doesn’t it have an off switch or a way to change channels?

Yes, sort of a papery blog. I still prefer print over a screen of any type. You don’t have to charge books, and there’s no display to give you headaches. I started with the Hobbit in 1964 or 65. My only complaint about the LOTR movie, was the absence of Tom Bombadil.

I have two Adams on my favorite book list, Richard and Douglas, along with Terry Pratchett, Robert Aspirin, Tolkien and many others. It may account for my bizarre sense of humour.
