   I get that my husband was a vet Vietnam Era never in country. Cancer got him anyway and they picked up all his meds and doctor visits. God bless you you’re a hero in my book.

   Thanks I feel pretty blessed I am in pretty good shape I have never watched my diet. I look around at the class members I have left and some look better some look worse. Yup even though Red is a boy I kind of was of the same cut he is. My childhood’s dog was named Red.
