Then be an excellent guest and say “I know you aren’t vegan – I would be happy to prepare something to help you!” or at least offer some recipes “if she needs any!”

In his defense, try coming up with new material day-in-and-day-out! I have handled the content for the FB page of a friend’s wine store since 2013 and there are times of the year when it is an absolute nightmare coming up with fresh material. I can’t imagine doing that with comic strips, especially ones with ongoing story-lines.

The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence.

After one year in Perth Hall at Western University (where Mike is), my daughter did just this and bailed out to a house with an apartment in their basement and lived there for the next three years before graduating in 2023. The scary thing is as loud as she found Perth to be, Saugeen-Maitland Hall was supposed to be FAR worse! I’m guessing that is where Mike and Weed lived!

And then watch as they leave the packages out in the open where any porch pirate can see it, despite a sign specifically asking to please leave all packages inside the enclosed vestibule area, out of the rain and away from thieves!

You’ll know! When I was diagnosed with apnea, it was because on a long weekend when my wife was out of town, I had a HORRENDOUS bout of sleep apnea and thought I was having a heart attack. I mentioned it to my doc the following week at my normal check-up and she immediately sent me to a specialist to be tested. Apparently, my breathing stopped about every three minutes! Len’s comment is WAY out-of-date (yes, I know this is a rerun from years ago but it was out-of-date even then). Besides, I’m not sure why people fight this possibility – I sleep SO much better with my CPAP machine which makes my days better!

John Oliver had a great idea regarding circus peanuts – make them the standard for measuring the volume of sugar in a particular food item. That would pretty disconcerting to see just how many circus peanuts are in a 64 oz soda!

This was the ONE scenario where I’m glad that I suffered from juvenile asthma. When I was 17, my cousin and I found a pack of cigarettes at our grandfather’s wake and decided to try one. Taught me that something that renders me breathless and unable to breathe wasn’t something I wanted a part of! Health aside, I can’t imagine how much money this saved me with the cost of cigarettes over the years!

You don’t have to look that far back in tennis history! It’s also VERY reminiscent of Novak Djokovic (watch footage of him in the Tokyo Summer Olympics!)
