   Yes, it was like that for us back in ’80 when we bought ours. Small 3 bedroom ranch fixer upper, big back yard, unfinished basement, 2 car garage. Had pretty good curb appeal and we made it a home. When hubby died thought about moving back to Ohio but, house paid for. No sense in starting over.

    When I bought my new SUV, I cannot play my CD’s. And now my favorite music station is gone. I had to download music onto my phone to play through the speakers.
