Well, ZZ Top has a suggestion for lowering the sunglasses expense. :-D

I can’t explain the fascination in general. But Mr. Farrell, I believe, has taken the time to work on the coffee project because he is a peanut farmer and wants to expand his market. :-D

Eeww. I was going to go to the kitchen to get a snack, but I think I’ll read a couple more comics first.

It’s a drinking fountain. Otherwise Barbie wouldn’t find it necessary to reassure the man about Marm’s health status. (But as others have said, it’s still not right to let Marm drink out of it).

I agree completely. She doesn’t have to invite him for a romp in the hay – a simple offer of a beverage and a snack and a few minutes of conversation is called for here, IMO. After a ride, I treated my horse better than Tiff is treating Ox. In fact, I treated the movers I’d never seen before better! I’m just from a different generation, sigh.

I think you’re quite right about that possibility!

I respectfully remind everyone that Tiffany did this before to Ox – slammed the door in his face when he went to check on her because the power was out. This is even worse, because it took time and effort for him to move her stuff. There doesn’t have to be a “romantic” attachment to use good manners. As some suggested, inviting him in for a beverage or even just to sit and chat for a few minutes wouldn’t hurt her a bit. I’ve had unrequited crushes on people who were still kind and patient with me, and even in high school, I recognized (or was taught by my mother) that a guy with a crush on me deserved to be treated nicely. I guess I’m just old and was raised differently!

Well said! Thanks! As I mention to JOEL, it would be extremely boring to see the “background” activities taking place. We can assume they are taken care of, even if we don’t directly visualize them!

Well said. Thank you. I can’t think of anything more boring (to me, anyway) than seeing the “background” activities, sheesh. Seems that some don’t quite understand that these things have taken place even though we haven’t seen them. Truly puzzling. I guess we all think differently, apparently.

I think you’re right about Ox being a bit more “boyish” today. It may be to emphasize how vulnerable he is to Tiff’s rude treatment of him.
