That was essentially my point … if any president (including the current or any future one) orders the military to disband Congress and/or SCOTUS, then the decision makers and interpreters respectively are null & void. Thus only the military is left to decide whether or not to follow said order.
Yes, but when it comes to obeying the Constitution, that’s is supposed to take priority. If any president orders the military to disband Congress or the Supreme Court, or overthrow an elected state government, should they blindly follow that order?
