That would make sense if not for the little detail that people that believe the flood and the ark stories are literal truth, usually don´t believe in evolution, and this solution would meant evolution is not only real, but way faster than what it is supposed to be.

That explains why I saw Ovaltine in an asian market once. I also have seen Nestle´s Milo made in Japan inTarget on the foreign grocery section. When I´ve bought Milo is when I go to the States from Walmart´s Hispanic section, and it is made in Colombia, because they don´t make it in Mexico anymore.

In Mexico, picudo means someone that has a way with words (pico = beak = mouth), that can talk his way out of trouble, but don´t know if it applies here. What´s this strip about anyway?

And those are precisely the vegetables that can be contaminated by E, Coli, the ready-to-eat ones, at some ´point of the processing. The regular ones, you disinfect them at home, because E. Coli is omnipresent in the soil and dirt in the airl. Microbiology teacher of mine used to say “If E. coli would glow, there would never be night”

I see LP gas trucks always with a kind of belt hanging, I suppose those are metal braids of some kind covered with leather, vinyl or other protective material except the end that touches the ground when they stop.

Curious fact, El gordo y el flaco was how Ollie and Hardy were known in Spanish.

  10. 5 months ago on La Cucaracha

A new version of “El gordo y la flaca”, The fat guy and the skinny gal, a variety show.
