This is what happens when stupid people vote stupid people into power.

“Mysterious ways” is what I was taught at home when I questioned this nonsense from an early age. I was fortunate to have a father that taught me to think critically at an early age on the other side of the family.

The real lesson here, is think before you vote!

Religious beliefs have caused all of this. This what happens when you have a belief, not supported by evidence, and try to force it on others.

A belief system based on evidence and knowledge of what we know in today’s world instead of made up nonsense from the bronze age based on ignorance and wishful thinking would go a long way to bring us all together as one tribe rather than a bunch of religious cults.

Sadly it looks like sooner rather than later. Over 6 billion past sustainable and loving parents are adding a net gain of over 200,000 cute little baby fossil carbon footprints more per day. Fossil carbon fuel consumption by man has changed the planet nearly as fast as the asteroid that took care of the dinosaurs 65 million years ago. We humans are committing mass suicide.

No problem, we’re reproducing ourselves into extinction. There is not enough potable water for over 8 billion people right now. There’s not enough water in the oceans to absorb the heat generated by the greenhouse effect caused by our over consumption of fossil carbon fuel. Farmland to grow the crops to feed this many people is becoming scarce because of climate change, lack of fresh water for irrigation, over use of ground water beyond replenishment, too much rain water flooding farm land or not enough causing drought and putting housing on farm land to house the 200,000 per day net population gain only makes things much worse. Think Covid was bad, just wait for the next one. The plagues of Europe took out major overcrowding for several generations. The Republican actions to stop birth control and abortion and to dumb down education by funding religious schools and de-funding public schools will only make things much worse. Empty grocery store shelves will continue to increase as well as prices as the population continues to grow. China is the only country that put a cap on family size for a while. The people didn’t like it at the time, but now their birth rate is dropping even though the government is urging people to start re-overpopulating the country, women are refusing to marry and have kids. The good news is fortunately the reproduction rate in rich countries, who are the worse greenhouse gas producers, is dropping.

The line is actually much longer. Why do you think they call it hell?

Why blow off nearly a $trillion per year on a military industrial complex that has to buy munitions from South Korea for Ukraine, if you can’t go out and try to start WW3 every once in a while.
