I've been around since 2012-2013, but am no longer regularly commenting in comics. I still read comics from time to time. My favorites have to be Foxtrot and Sarah's Scribbles. Daily reads are ripley's and Big Nate (Despite how bad it has gotten, it has been a longtime habit of mine so screw it.) I still read a few comments and give them a like if I approve.

    Maybe Christopher Tolkien felt they weren’t faithful to his father’s works? Either that or his father probably tells them / show it off too much to Christopher and because of that, he’s probably sick of it.

    I googled pictures from the top of Mt. Disappointment and they’re still beautiful, what are the expectations for mountain views anyway?

    For those who don’t quite understand the last panel, the y2k computer bug is a bug where the year on a computer would go from 99 to 00 because most computers only stored the last two digits of the year instead of the whole 4 digits like they do now…

    So in this instance in panel 4, they went back to the year 1900 instead of advancing to the year 2000 hence why their fashion/style changed and why they were talking about the Wright Brothers.

    Hope this clears up confusion.

    Mine has been consistently introverted to 95 – 99% over the years. Also yes, covid lockdowns are a godsend for us introverts as we’re actually forced to stay indoors instead of vice versa.

    Watching all those extroverts struggle or act out at a lockdown gives me a nice sense of schadenfreude as they were the ones who forced me out of my house beforehand.

    I’m starting to have second thoughts about condiments now. Is it that hard to make sure there’s none of those at all? Especially the excrement and fly eggs, yuck!
