Bernice is a student, she still has the possibility to change. Psychology students usually stop being presumptuous when they start going to hospitals and meet people who really need help. This traumatizes them and makes them capable of interacting. Obviously not everyone succeeds and I fear Bernice will be one of them.

The only person truly attracted to him is Luann. Tara is a relative and wants to help him be happy. While Bernice just sees it as a project, a way to show how good she is at helping others.

She likes Piro again because Luann has a crush on him, for that touching essay he wrote, where he said how important she was for him, and because Piro shown interest in her. But after this strip, I think his interest is gone. Let’s hope Bernice feels bad about how stupidly she talked and about all of her presumptions. She should go to a psychotherapist. Someone good who can explain these things to her.

Luckily Piro is intelligent, he heard Bernice’s presumption and walk away. Bernice is really bad with others and she doesn’t seem to understand what she’s studying. People you see a few times and then say to you that they “Know you well” are annoying, no one likes to feel judged and you can’t openly ask someone who has traumas to tell you about it. Luann is managing her relationship with Piro a thousand times better, staying close to him for cheering him up and waiting patiently for him to want to tell her something. If Bernice doesn’t change, that “Another time” will never happen.
