I always thought, they meant pretty much the same. I didn’t see snark as explicitly meanspirited or destructive.

That would depend on the snark. If it is good natured and the person doesn’t mind the response, I do enjoy good snark on my expense.

Nah, arguing was always highly valued in my family. If you had a valid point, for example, how you could do it faster with similar results or why you shouldn’t be the one to do it, you got off. My parents laid more emphasis on being smart than on following commands. And being funny worked too. We also had political debates pretty early or debates on money and such things. I think I negogiated my allowance when I was 8 for the first time… well successfully anyways.^^My parents were all about raising me to be outspoken and questioning. But also to conced if someone had a valid point.^^

My mom tried that once. I then proceeded to say busy but still bored to death. Busy but still bored to death. Busy but still bored to death. I still had chores, she just didn’t try to use it as a cure for boredom anymore. Although I rarely was bored. I had some vivid imagination concerning activities.

He seemed to do quite fine at the State of the Union. So…. I think Trump would be more in trouble. Haven’t heard a coherent speech from him in quite some time. Most of it is undecipherable rambling.

Not sure you would recognize the terrorizing between all the shootings. They might have given up already after they saw their workload only to be recognized as terrorists.

May I remind you of a recent border bill that was negiated in the senate and shot down by Republicans on Trumps behalf. So I am not sure you want to blame Biden, the man trying to do something meaningful, when Trump had his lackeys in the house shoot it down.

Personally I would want to read it… if only to know, if it is really that bed. With a two or three star review, I say… well the book isn’t really worth it. With a onestar, I want to know what it did to deserve that.
