Funny I commented on a comic for the first time, where someone made a nasty comment. My response wasn’t political it was about being nasty for no reason. Something along the lines of “it’s over, you won, why are you still insulting the losers?”
When I was in college on Burlington, VT, my first apartment was above a bagel bakery. I too was spoiled for life from fresh warm out of the oven bagels. My favourite was poppy seed. I grew up in CT, lived there most of my life, surrounded by Jewish delis, but they were never as good as the ones from VT.
I’m so frustrated. I missed the northern lights, I missed Sundays comic, for which I had so much I wanted to share, all because I was working. I was signed up to do a craft market this weekend, I had to cancel because I didn’t have time to make anything. And, of course, I don’t take care of myself. Need to change my priorities.
Nice to “meet” you. I don’t know how long I’ve been here, having more holes than cheese for a brain. I do know I lurked for years. I’m sorry I didn’t remember you. On the positive side, my terrible memory makes the reruns new for me.
