Ah, sounds like another successful placement from the Cat Assignment Bureau.
Skeezix is a fabulous name for your new fourth cat! ;-). You know you might as well give in to the great Cat Assignment Bureau.
Good going lil grey.
In earlier strips, Elvis, nattily clad in yellow slicker and hat, has been the meteorologist.
“I’ve got some oceanfront property in Arizona and, if you buy that, I’ll throw the Golden Gate in free.”
Precisely how I like to think of it; off to a new adventure.
Our county used to use human crews with human sized tools to trim underbrush from roadsides. They did a neat and tidy job. Starting a few years ago the job is now done by one guy in a truck with a humongous machine that looks like a naked lawn mower turned 90 degrees. They drive down the road with the mower blade thinking cutting down anything and everything leaving jagged ends of trunks and branches sticking out and debris scattered around. It is noisy and ugly and altogether dreadful. Progress?
It must mean something….Georgia always has a reason.
