Your body is at a low point in the circadian rhythm, HR and respirations twice a day, about 3 PM and 3 AM. That’s why 3 PM you feel a lull and is a good time for a short nap. While sleeping it may cause snoring, or worse snoring, apnea, etc… causing arousal from sleep…. or worse.
Ah, so every evening I’ll post something vague, pithy, or enigmatic, just in case. Or perhaps “Can’t believe I finally hit the big Lotto” and just stop posting.
Yes! I was just reading about this in an article last week. Your brain tunes into a fragment of a song that it knows from whatever circumstance like the song playing on your car radio when you turned it off, or that you heard briefly in s a store of somewhere, and the solution is to listen to the full song. The problem is too many “surcharges” for using credit/debit cards are more than the fees the banks are charging the business. The point of accepting credit/debit cards is to be able to make more sales. I was at an expo and the pricey product I was interested in purchasing was available at 2 businesses that happened to be across from each other, one had an extra fee for card use and one did not, I purchased from the business that had no extra fee. So, their 3% service fee cost them a few hundred-dollar sale.
