I do most of the cooking and don’t need much space but I could use more storage. When I had the kitchen enlarged I thought I had enough cabinets built. Seems I was wrong. Too many new gadgets.

Arlo, just take no for an answer and go to sleep.

You decide to sell and fix everything to make it look good. Even the outside plants for curb appeal. The new owners move in and change everything or in some cases around here they tear it all down and build new.

Retirement allows me to sleep late if I want as does my other half. However, the dog has her schedule. Usually a face resting on the edge of the bed looking at me so it’s an every other day thing. We take turns getting up at 7 to cater to her. The only thing that changes her schedule is DST.

Around here It starts in early spring and sometimes lasts till November /December, depending on the weather. Temperature at Christmas sometimes is in the 80s. It finally clears out around the first of the year when the water temp is so low or as Jimmy says " When The Coast Is Clear"

Come on now, your home, answer the long standing question, moving or not.

I can see no specifics were given about when and where to move the trash to be picked up.

That’s the problem. Everything you look forward to at the beach is there every day when you live there and it becomes routine. It’s not a vacation, it’s home.

Yes she can and she did.

It all depends on how hot it is and how long the power is out. Hope you have screens and windows designed to be opened.
