And I wonder why you’re so determined to call me a homophobe and racist. You know nothing about me or my background or history. I don’t spill my guts in public, but you couldn’t be more misguided.

In the previous version, there were few people other than Heart and Dean, who were very small children. Here, the cast is huge – families, friends, shopkeepers, etc. It’s 2 very different strips.

When the comic changed to diversity, it was fine. But except for Heart and Dean, the white people mostly disappeared. Is this reality? Or fantasy? Then Heart’s grandparents showed up— with a big fancy boat. Because that’s how white people typically live?As for the bra, Heart seems neutral, but the other girl is not thrilled. If it showed 10 girls, 6 delighted, 3 neutral, 1 not wanting to be there, it might be closer to reality. My point is that the strip is a distortion of reality, and if people can’t see it, it’s like they’re fish who live at the bottom of the sea who think the whole world is water.

Todays (3/13) strip is a perfect example. If you don’t get it, find someone “unwoke” to explain.

I’m “into” stories that show what most people regard as normal childhoods, unlike my own.

Your assumptions are mind-boggling. I’m not about to post a diagram of my family tree or show you my journal, but, trust me, Oh Snarky one, you are so, so off the mark.
