You are absolutely right, as was the judge who make this ruling. Anyone who was paying attention already knew that Smith had no authority to head an investigation and the “committee” he was heading was made up of totally biased, unlawful members. Every one of these cases against Trump were bogus.
After Pres. Biden suggests toning down the hateful rhetoric, I can’t believe the hate being spewed by the majority of the comments on the Trump shooting and the conspiracy notions being suggested. It took real guts for Biden to say the things he did after he has been the one calling everyone “racist” and Trump “a threat to democracy, a facist, and even Hitler” and then suggesting that it’s time to put a “bullseye” on him. Ask yourself “hose rhetoric is so volatile???”
How about Biden saying “It’s time to put a targt on Trump’s back” and Trump is shot at a rally yesterday, an innocent in the crowd killed, andothers wounded? Will he be charged with inciting an assassination like Trump was for inciting an insurrection? Here are a couple comments about that from a friend who is not a MAGA: “I don’t like the guy, but I would never have wished for this to happen to him.” Then later, “This is going to get him (Trump) more votes.”
