A friend and I have been hitting garage / yard sales, thrift stores, and the like lately; we’ve some nice finds in the process! Some of the best are a new L. L. Bean women’s wool overcoat for $5, and a 12-piece J. A. Henckles kitchen knife set for $15 (perfect condition, only needed resharpening!).

So… The question is – what great deals have others found?

But this being BCN, we shouldn’t expect blood ’n guts – perhaps an aggravated hangnail or equivalent, whereupon the transgressors come to realize the error of their ways and regret the egregious manner in which our BCN reporters were forced to bend their journalistic ethics in order to advance the greater good!

From a techie standpoint, I suspect that the “Macro” mode gets used quite often!
