   One time I bought a box of cookies and told the Girl Scout that she could give them to anyone she wanted to. She gave them to a worker who was bringing in the carts from the parking lot.

   Some people act like a jerk in a bad moment. It’s too bad because they make someone else’s day just as bad as what they’re going through.

   I had someone tell me when they have a customer who acts rudely, they tell themselves: that person is having a worse day than me.

   Customers have to use the self checkout. A couple of workers (Which ones?) were directing customers to the self-checkout before Vicky came to help.

    I worked in a greenhouse as a cashier. I had a customer come to my register demanding she received the price on the sign next to the plants that she wanted. Unfortunately, the price was not for the plants that she wanted. She got angry and threw the plants down on my counter. As she did this I moved to the left and I felt hot air pass me on the right. That is when I realized I didn’t have to take their anger in!
