Whether or not your comment is sarcasm, science has shown us that multiple marine species DO HAVE the ability to communicate, (and that we humans are just too stupid to have learned how to translate their “speech”.Who can know the depths of the intelligence that whales, dolphins, octopi (?) have been given, and I wholeheartedly agree with the comment about "what will humans think IF we ever make contact with a species above us in the food chain, given our own history of decimating the population of those creatures that we find “tasty”.
Exactly, it disgusts me to watch the commercial fishing videos on YouTube, and to think that one commerical fishing boat can take in tens of thousands of fish on one day, and label that method of fishing as being “sustainable” IS nothing but industry propaganda trying to tell the public (consumer) that NO HARM IS BEING DONE.Which, in my opinion IS total BS.
