I am cautiously optimistic that IF he loses in November, and IF at least one of the houses of Congress picks up one or two more seats, after the losses of 20 and 22, the GOP political operatives will see him as an albatross and finally throw him under the bus. And IF that happens, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see a Liz Cheney presidency in 2028.
And admit they were wrong and are suckers? Never. If his denigration of soldiers and veterans didn’t do it for that crowd, they are in it until death do them part.
A friend who works in uppper levels of government says this is more true than most people realize.
