    Sorry, no. The average of the new polls shows approval for biden at 39.3. The Quinnipiac University poll was the only one at 33%, the rest were higher. There were several at 40, 41 and 42% approval. On the other hand, the polls showed the disapproval rates at 15 to 25% higher than the approval rates.
