Luann is never thoughtful, generous or polite toward Nancy. In fact, she is outright disrespectful most of the time. She expects her mother to do her laundry, she gives her mother left-handed gifts and is never depicted helping out around the house. If I were Nancy, I would be sad to learn that this ignorant little free-loading bimbo is nicer to other people than she is to me.
I don’t like Mrs. Horner. She’s preaching the old “go with the flow” agenda. Get a job, any job, take some classes at school, eventually get your own place, quit school to work more hours to pay for your own place and never participate in activities that might spark your interest as a career. Luann should go apprentice on a dive boat crew or a college level ocean study group. She should definitely forget about that crazy book writing idea, as she would be better at writing plays. And she should definitely move in broader circles and spend less time in her room with Bernice.
Luann is way too lazy to accomplish this “blank slate” goal she’s come up with. She needs to just forget all that, get ride of that hideous shirt and accept that she is an unmotivated slob.
Nancy has a busy household today. Luann is home, Frank is home, Bernice is probably around and the dog is there – WHY would she lay down on the couch in the middle of the house to take a nap?? I don’t get it.
No idea what you’re talking about and your last sentence doesn’t make sense at all. Is it missing a few words?
