As long as her parents are willing to pay for her “social club” at the community college, Luann will continue to take these miscellaneous courses to fill her schedule. If she’s already completed her basic credits she should enroll at the university.
Luann needs to get a part time job in a more public arena. Grocery store, restaurant, bank etc. She will only meet younger students, maybe parents or teachers if she’s still tutoring. Not a lot of traffic there.
It’s easy to ponder dreams like those when you don’t have any responsibilities and everything you need is being provided to you by your parents. Sadly, grown up Luann is still just as confused about her future as she was in grade school.
Not only will they not leave the bedroom, Piro will ask Bernice to meet him and she and Luann will agonize over the “should I go” for two weeks LOL!
