   I have seen many animals walk through my courtyard. Rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, hawks, opossums, raccoons, sand cranes, coyote, fox and bobcat. Now I can add horse to the list

   My apartment complex had some excitement yesterday. A horse walked through. Turns out a health care facility nearby was having a Kentucky Derby Party. One of the aides brought her horse. While she was unloading her off the trailer a lawn mower went by and spooked her. So she took off. The owner tried to catch her but ended up having a bad asthma attack and had to go to the hospital. The horse made her way to our complex. The maintenance man managed to grab her by the mane and the manager brought a rope to put around her neck. The police and the Department of Public Works came. Finally someone from the heath care came with the trailer. But Ally was having nothing to do with it. Took over an hour to finally get her loaded. Pics and video on my Facebook page.

   OT- A couple months ago I took in my sons cat. It was supposed to be temporary until I found him a new home. When he came to me he had an upper respiratory infection and both ears infected. $400 in vet bills later that is all clear. But he has allergies. Constantly sneezing. He has bonded with Starlord and me. I just can’t let him go now. I’ve known this wonderful tabby for 14 years. My son’s girlfriend cat had kittens and Tigger picked Chris to be his human. His 14th birthday is today and you would not be able to tell it. He still acts like a kitten when he plays. I tried to change my avatar but it keeps telling me it’s the wrong size.     Another Foster fail!! My friend was fostering a puppy for the last month. On Saturday she was officially adopted by my friend. Her 5th Foster fail!
