   Biden can’t have an interview unless it’s scripted, rehearsed, and edited. Whereas Trump can adlib on the fly without notes or a teleprompter. Trump may repeat himself and paraphrase a lot, but Biden will still screw up reading a teleprompter or his cheat sheet.

   To say Biden is definitely sharper, is a truism when it’s referencing a total idiot, which he excels at.
