   LOL Good point. They also remember when superstitious Europeans killed them en masse, thinking they were associated with witchcraft. Then the abundance of rats spread the Plague and killed most of Europe.

   Funny, because most people believe stagflation stemmed from OPEC screwing around with the price of oil years before Carter became president.

   The difference is that, as weak as they are, there are storylines in Luann. 9CWL has one storyline per year, while the rest of the time is filled with WW2 spy fantasies and lus ting. Nothing new has happened to most of the established characters in years.
