    Just a reminder – Transgender Day of Visibility has been on March 31 for the past 15 years. It has never had anything to do with Easter and this year, both happened to occur on the same day due to idiosyncrasies of when Easter is celebrated.

    What is worse about the upside down Bible thing is that even if he did hold it upside down, dwelling on that reduces despicable behavior into an amusing anecdote. He purposely chose to make a show of force by bulldozing through peaceful protestors for a phony photo op.

    I think a more notable time was when Romney took a clip in which Obama was quoting McCain 4 years earlier and presented as if they were Obama’s words. When confronted, Romney admitted it was out of context, but said it was okay due to some pretzel logic.

    A better example was the 2016 Brexit vote where the result was the result of protest votes from people who thought it would never pass. It is very likely that Trump also won that year with the benefit of protest votes.

    In marketing it’s called “Sell the sizzle, not the steak”. The written opinions are the meat of the matter and shows the difference.

    This is a typical case of paying too much attention to the headline and not bothering to check out the story. The difference here is found in the written majority opinion versus the dissent.
