    How old is Joan supposed to be? Val must be 37ish and the sisters seem pretty close in age so I bet she was at least 32 when she had Max. Surely she should have been smarter by then. But he might have been able to make himself look good for a while if they didn’t have a protracted courtship

    Yeah, I guess. But I always felt it was just really a story about two immature, possibly mentally ill, teens. Although apparently teachers don’t like it when you suggest one or both were mentally ill.

    Women absolutely need wives. Our lives would run much easier. Husbands are nice to have big they can add a lot to the workload.

    I eat it as the meal, same as any other pasta based dish. Although if I go to a BBQ restaurant I have it as a side.

    Thank you. I was confused. Here in the States a bachelor’s degree is 4 years. Some people get 2 year associates degrees at a community college and then transfer to a university to get their bachelor’s. Five years seems long. A number of universities have programs where you can get your bachelor’s and master’s in 5.

    I never worked for a company that did potlucks. Most catered or we went to restaurants which the company paid for. How is a holiday party a reward if it just creates more work?
