I’d love to see a schizophrenic Marigold.

A strip where she gets put under a spell, consumes a magic potion of some kind or something that temporarily renders her panicked or just chatty and psychotic and doing word salads like this.

Maybe even where she drives herself to tears and has a nervous breakdown and then the spell wears off and she’s fine again.

or put in a different other schizophrenic, psychotic unicorn character who might not make sense, but is a fun and curious character anyway.

Dana could and should include characters who have unique disabilities or psychological differences.

The series should one day feature an autistic kid and show them in a good light.

It would be an interesting change up.

There’s pride month and then there’s autism awareness month.

Dana has shown the good in all people through her comics and makes it clear that they are just as much human as us.

What not to do writing an essay of what not to do at a stoplight by SpongeBob SquarePants

This is so much like SpongeBob not getting his driving essay written.

At least marigold sees beauty in all things and she knows that their appearance is what makes them special.

If Phoebe was special needs or had any significant bodily defects then I am glad that she wouldn’t see her any differently.

Marigold even once described Phoebe’s freckles as magic sparkles and compared her to a unicorn.

Marigold also wouldn’t be prejudiced against anyone’s bodily looks or inner beliefs because Dana puts in all kinds of people in her books.

All races and genders have been included in Phoebe’s world at least once and they are equal to all the others.

Marigold no doubt has seen everyone and traveled everywhere in her thousands of years old life.

As for the tree, there’s probably been several other trees that have been there during that time.

Excellent memory for her if she’s remembered it among other stuff for several thousands of years

    “CONCENTRATE!!”

I’ll never forget that wacky insane face Marigold made a few months ago with eyeballs rolling in opposite directions.

    she knows insanity.

As for the artificial elegance/intelligence machines, I wonder how it will affect unicorns.

They can use Bluetooth and the phone reception in Phoebe’s world so they probably have their own kind of unicorn texting, data service because Marigold can send texts to Phoebe’s phone.

The worst possible thing I would worry about is if artificial elegance/intelligence machines could somehow take control of the unicorns and make them do bad stuff.

Unicorns could be turned into weapons of mass destruction in that way and no unicorn would be trustworthy anymore.

the Child’s Play remake actually teaches us about just how wireless and artificial intelligence technology can be weaponized to kill.

Am I the only one who was thinking to Marigold “hurry and just blast that talking orb!!”.

of course the unicorns probably invented them so they like them for now and don’t see any need to destroy them.

Wonder how this strip would look if it lasts another 50 years.

If we actually live with way more advanced robots besides Alexa.

When a robot Phoebe actually becomes a real invention in this world as well as Marigold’s world.

Who knows but that we might even invent our own robot unicorns, horses or other pets by then.

Artificial intelligence so real you’ll never find it’s limitations

Maybe Marigold just turned herself invisible for this very test to see what Phoebe would do

Careful because woe sounds a lot like woah, as if you are telling a horse to woah up.

If it was me though, I would be going “woah, woah Marigold, what’s the problem here”.

The crown should have been a little more tilted and then she could be doing a Notorious Big parody

For sure we don’t know if it’s very good or very bad.

Phoebe was clearly breaking the fourth wall and looking right at us!.
