    Good she’s making a ton of money from the endorsements because the WNBA is many years behind the NBA and will likely never come close to them. It’s not about equal pay. Without the revenue stream, the WNBA will never match the NBA pay scale.

    I suspect in a year Clark will just be another WNBA player. Not a standout like in the college years. Teams have demonstrated how to defend her and the pros are already tuned in.

    But 28 mil from Nike will soften the disappointment. Now if she can just keep her head from swelling, she should be set for life.

    Do you know how the loan forgiveness works? The loans are paid by other people. So the loan companies are still raking in the interest as you say.

    As for the money the deadbeat students now have to spend and help the economy, it is off set by the other taxpayers with less money to spend. Or more likely, the government will have less to spend on those that need help. Most of the loans forgiven are debt of high income folks like lawyers and doctors.

    Nonsense. Hottest ever worldwide? Hotter than the Neoproterozoic period? Or hottest since they could take measurements? And they even admit today’s measurements are flawed based on where the equipment is placed – mostly in cities.
