Henry has long since proven his complete and utter lack of any kind of sports knowledge.
He only said “time to shake away the cobwebs”, that doesn’t necessarily imply “run till you drop”. ;-)
Never had a mixed gym class in HS, and the year almost always started with mile-plus runs every day. ;-)
Well, the “after school” comment seems to answer one thing. This wasn’t practice for any sport, it was probably just gym (or PE) class.
