   So fads are scary to you? For one, I don’t go looking down at everyone, just people who act like they are better than everyone else like you tried to do and instantly got defensive about and started pointing fingers. Core isn’t a “fad” it’s a way to describe something that has always been around which coincidentally are trends. People are allowed to like what they want without someone like you thinking you have the right to belittle it yourself by saying you’re throwing the entire thing “in the trash” Seems you are projecting a lot onto me as everything you said is a direct comment on your own behavior. I recognize your writing style. You have already been banned on this website before for starting political drama with some edgelord username. You may have others including the admins fooled, but not me.

   Not sure if that’s a quip on saying I’m not punk because of my analytical remark on the subject or just a statement, but as a statement yes that does make sense. Punk’s entire schtick is based on that whole removal of boundaries. I’ve never liked the word punk because it in of itself is a setting of boundaries like that of anarchy, making a rule that there are no rules. It’s silly immaturity of less intelligent minds that were scared of the world and wanted to escape but ended up boxing themselves in anyway.

    Punk denotes a certain amount of unruliness to the genre in question. Core lets people feel more in tune without having to have some sort of rebellious streak adding to it. Plus they aren’t really cut from the same cloth. Cottagecore wouldn’t work as cottagepunk because it isn’t rebelling against anything like Cyberpunk or Steampunk rebels against the norms of modernization since Cottage style is based in real life.
