I’ll miss a lot of you, but the mix of small minded and mean and ignorant, as well as plain vanilla trolling has just gotten too high for me. I’m off to find another comics site.

    Be well.

You’re imposing your standards of family loyalty and responsibility onto two other individuals as the “right” ones to have.

Their family, their decision to make. You have what you’d find acceptable with your family, sure, but you have no standing to declare them as the right ones for other people.

People take in kids for entire summers and do it with a smile.

Is Shannon a handful and a half? Plenty of people would agree.

And some of those people would still do it for many reasons.

A deep sense of family devotion, seeing themselves at that age in Shannon, seeing her care as a challenge to be met, finding joy in her unbridled energy, imagination and spontaneity even with the chaos and everything else that comes with it.

Are they “better” than you? That’s pretty much as dumb as declaring definitively that Brad and Toni are ‘wrong’ or ‘suckers’ if they decide to take Shannon in. ;-)

Or fantasy or whimsy or daydreaming or that something being different doesn’t automatically make it “bad” or that two people can have different ‘ideal’ visions of something and still be each other’s perfect puzzle piece or…

    Not even close to it.

Of course, some women want large families too, and that’s just as valid of a choice as, other preferences.

As always, freedom and respect is about not locking people into anybody’s ‘one size fits all’ box.

You could have saved lot of typing by just saying “Barefoot and pregnant”.

You could tack on “Bring me a sandwich”, if you wanted to go with the unabridged version.

When it started, they let people who get the email know it’s a two week arc.

    Might want to rethink that.

”Revenue in the TV & Video market market in the United States is forecasted to reach US$279.50bn in 2024.

The market is anticipated to demonstrate an annual growth rate (CAGR 2024-2029) of 2.50%, leading to a projected market volume of US$316.30bn by 2029.

The largest market within this market is Traditional TV & Home Video, with a volume of US$146.60bn in 2024.”

Thanks, but I don’t need your “welcome”. I need to be sure you understand these very important concepts.
