Kinda like the old Debtor’s Prison – compound the problem by fixing it so they can’t possibly get out of debt.

Maybe if the Palestinian people had been dealt with fairly from the beginning, and not relegated to an open-air prison none of this would have happened, either. It’s hard for me to believe that the “crack” Israeli intelligence service missed all this tunnel construction.

Part of the problem in cities like San Francisco is that the plutocrats have made it so expensive to live there that not not only janitors and hotel workers must live hours away, even professionals such as teachers can’t afford housing reasonably close to where they are employed.

Seems like the best solution there would be to give the civilian parts of DC to the surrounding states, and make the governmental parts, where not much of anybody lives, a true Federal District.

My uncle solved the problem by living in DC but using his parents’ address outside DC as his legal residence, and voted there.

Trump, in a typical speech, tells innumerable lies. Why would you think he’s telling the truth in a situation like this? And she DID get paid; I can’t see Trump paying false accusers willy-nilly.

On “The Good Fight,” a law drama, there was a great parody of a Trump-appointed judge that didn’t seem to have any idea of courtroom procedure…

Go ahead, call me names. Show me a conservative that doesn’t think J6 wasn’t just a tourist visit.

Wrong. Israel is ultimately in charge of Gaza; it’s part of their country (remember – the UN wanted to recognize “Palestine,” it’s not a country now). And they allowed Hamas to take over to begin with. The Palestinian people supposedly chose Hamas but we don’t know under what conditions the “vote” was taken… I will tell you, though, that people who have lost their whole families to the Israeli attack are being radicalized and made Hamas supporters wholesale.

The judge is not his daughter. Just as y’all apparently believe Ginny is not Clarence.

So what would Republicans do about the homeless if they suddenly took over? Likely force them to move somewhere else. Reminds me of the city fathers in an un-named city in Arizona who were giving the street people bus tickets to San Diego, make it somebody else’s problem..
