Weird conclusion. Also I don’t think Nancy would have allowed that.
Well it’s not Saturday. Maybe we’ll know a little more before this arc is over.
This may be the start of Luann getting a life.
@llvlax I remember a funny stewardess that pointed out her house to everybody as our plane approached Las Vegas. Another great line from her – as passengers were boarding the plane and trying to find space to store their baggage: She said with a strong Southern accent, “If you have nobody in front of you – and a lot of people behind you – YOU – are the problem!” LOL
Lu looks like she’s enjoying this. I couldn’t look out there and then go for it.
There must be something else to do for fun.
Include me out.
Yes – But Tara has been interesting. No good stories emerge with vanilla characters. I even miss Ann Eiffel.
Hopefully this is not a plot device to phase Tara out of the strip. I think Delta, Rosa and Crystal were phased out because there didn’t seem to be any interesting path forward for them in the Luann saga. On the other hand, Tara represents someone who might help nudge Luann out of the DeGroot nest to do some real world stuff. At this point, I find myself wishing that Tara and Piro decided not to jump and didn’t think Luann would go ahead pretty much on her own. On the other hand, Tara and Piro might have jumped early without telling Luann because they kind of pressurred her into it and they didn’t want to be responsible for any potential accident to Luann. It would have been hard to jump early and let Luann know afterward when Luann clearly had said she decided to jump with them. I think they kind of hoped that Luann wouldn’t proceed if she hadn’t been in touch and the whole issue would fade away. It’s a common human failure to avoid an uncomfortable situation, with the final result being something worse.
@lVlax No I actually don’t believe Luann wouldn’t have got in touch during the time approaching the flight.
