Saw her in person! We have several west and north side of Houston in standalone buildings. Last year got one walking distance from me near West University at the end of a strip center. I was there opening day and she was overseeing things and spoke with customers. Her story, news articles, etc are on the wall, she was assisted in her business plans by the Ludwig von Mises Institute. There are signs in the restroom telling men to not be embarrassed about ordering the various chicken salads with cute names. I usually get Cranberry Kelly.
