congrats to Elizabeth and anthony caine. ive been waiting for this day for a very long time and it was worth the wait.i hope that lynn is still going to do her strip.i read that someone said that she was going to still do it but with some older strips i hope so because this is my all time favorite strips

i just read this strip and it is so true about people talking on the phone when they are in church or at the movies your trying to watch the movie which i hate.I work in retail and i just hate it when the person that i’m ringing out is on the phone and they’er still talking with the person instead of saying i’ll call you back in 5 mins no they keep talking with them HOW RUDE IS THAT

Hi, iam writing this to you Jpuzzlewhiz if you don;t LIKE THIS COMIC THEN DON’T READ IT, ITS THAT SIMPLE. I FOR ONE LIKE THE MONTH OF AUGUST.i live in the northeast and we have it cold for 8months out of the year. and by the way you can shove it up your you know WHAT.Every time i read your emails you never say anything nice about a comic strip.you have made fun of for better or worst.you sound like a unhappy person or do you write these emails just to shake everyone up with your emails.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO YOU CONVERSES THEY MAY NOT BE REAL PEOPLE TO YOU BUT THEY ARE TO ME. MY MOTHER WAS A STROKE VICTIM AND EVERY TIME I SEE THE FAMLIY TAKING CARE OF JIM I WOULD THINK OF WHAT MY FAMILY DID TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOTHER WHO IS KNOW LONGER WITH ME , MY SISTERS AND MY BROTHER YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ITS LIKE TO SEE SOMEONE WHO CANT TALK OUT LOUD AND CAN;T SAY WHAT IS ON HER MIND

I’AM so upset with this, i too feel like i’am going to cry. I felt like i was part of the patterson family and now they are one more.My mother had a stroke and she lived for 20yrs with it and she passed away 2and a half years ago and i felt like elly when she stayed with jim when iris went away, i hated to see my mom get old and i knew it was her time to go but it was still hard to let her go and i feel like that right now.PLEASE LYNN DON’T END FOR BETTER FOR WORSE

I’am so sorry to hear that lynn johnston is not going to continue with her strip. I thought that she would write the strip as it is now and not change a thing to it,i’am disappointed with how she is going with the strip.I liked how its been with the kids getting older and with Elizabeth wedding. This was my all time forvarte comic strip and now i’am going to have to find a new strip to fall in love with. I use to look forward to each days strip to see what was happening with the Patterson family,it was my daily fix for the day.why do all comic writer do this, its just like the comic strip Curtis. the writer did not want to write it any more and now my nephew is reading the Curtis strip from a book that he had to bye
