Given that over half of Federal prisoners are in for unconstitutional laws (pot possession – with no Pot Prohibition Amendment ever passed), property seized without even accusing of a crime, raids and arrests made without a warrant, I see government criminals as far more of a threat than muggers. The government ones have far more resources.
