Transcript:
Edda is in shorts and reading a book. Juliette looks at Edda and thinks: "I had legs like those once. Slim, shapely, without the veriest blemish." Juliette looks at Edda and thinks: "...When I was her age....Before stretch marks, puckering...varicose veins..." Juliette thinks: "...Before the onset of grim, inevitable decay..." Juliette is on the ground in a fetal position. Edda approaches her and says: "Mom, I'm beginning to notice a correlation between the times I ear my khaki shorts and your spontaneous fetal positions."
