Mary: You seem to be preoccupied today, Beth...are you okay? Beth: Oh...I'm still bummed by that stupid "Who wants to marry a multi-millionaire" show, Mary. Mary: Aw. C'mon...That's ancient history now. Beth: Is it? Over 3000 woman tried out for it! and the "prize" they were competing for was just some dufus with money... their willingness to marry a rich stranger only served to validate the sterotypes of a woman's worth being measured by the wealth of the man into marriage... What does this say about woman today? Mary: On the other hand , what does it say about men that woman have to go to such lengths to find marriage material? Beth: Thank goodness we haven't lost out power of rationalization. Mary: Remember our mantra, dear... it's always their fault.
