Real Life Adventures by Gary Wise and Lance Aldrich for April 30, 2000
Transcript:
Husband: "Wife," I'm in from the fields to eat. Tractor's runnin' like a thoroughbred. I should have the back 40 done by dinner. Say, you gonna come out with some lemonade later? Wife: This is my husband, Ed. I mean, "Farmer Ed." Every year at this time, the yard becomes "the fields," the riding mower becomes "the tractor," the garage becomes "the barn" and I become the "farm wife."Husband: Howdy! Hot day! Hope it rains! Crops are thirsty! Just because you live in the burbs doesn't mean you're not still connected to the land.
