Man: Sure, what Bill Gates wrote in newsweek undercuts everything we've said in court in his defence. When he said that potential competitors weren't really a threat... and that windows would continue it's dominance... but he's the chairman of the company. That's what you'd expect him to say. You can't take selfserving comments like that at face value. That's just what I'd expect his lawyer to say. Toles: It's what I'd expect the judge to say, anyway.
