Katy: Our school is having a new fundraiser. I need help getting pledges. Adam: Gosh. School just started. This is weird. It doesn't say what you're raising money for... Katy: It's fundraising to support our other fundraisers for the rest of the year. Laura: So...it's a fundraiser for your other fundraisers? Katy: Yes. Laura: Is it just me or are you having trouble grasping this concept? Adam: It's a symptom of fundraising fatigue. It strikes earlier every year. Remember last November when I had that bad case of "Fundraiser elbow" from reaching for the checkbook so often?
