Katy: What setting should we use to grind the coffee? Adam: That's a question for the ages! The fineness of the grounds impacts the flavor in subtle and mysterious ways. Clayton: "Drip coffee" it is. Adam: Give a man a coffee, he makes it through his morning. Teach a man how to make coffee... Clayton: ...And he'll never stop talking about it? I've poured the water in. Katy: And I've got the ground coffee ready. Adam: Okay-now this next part is really important. Carefully measure a tablespoon of ground coffee for every cup you want to make that's the secret. You can't go wrong. Of course, I'm the one laughing because I'm making a safety pot in the french press. Just in case. Laura: Happy Father's day, honey! Adam: What? Three types of coffee! Is it my birthday, too?!?
I have to decide whether to grind some Starbucks House Blend or Starbucks Shade Grown Mexico Organic in the morning. Then I have to decide what I’m replacing the Mexico with, as it’s the last of it. Suggestions? Nothing flavored, now.
