Laura: What are you doing? Adam: Reading our old encyclopedia. At my age, I need to stay sharp, Laura> I'm doing some crosswords next. Then some sudoku. Laura: Calm down, Adam> Adam: Calm down? I can hear my brain addling as we speak!
My mom and I are huge readers. Years ago we came up with a trivia game using the old encyclopedia. 1 book random for each person. Open up anywhere and pick a subject from that line and see if the other person knows about it or read about it. I think this is one of the reasons I have so much random trivia stuck in my head 25 yrs later.
