Arlo: The pond liner is in the ground! Doesn't look like much, does it? Janis: Well, we have to landscape it, silly! Janis: We'll be enjoying it before you know it!
Here in Arizona ponds and other bodies of water (especially swimming pools) are looked at as attractive nuisances. The hot weather produces a wave of child drownings, even in as little as 3 inches of water. A little guy gets through a broken fence and unspeakable tragedy follows.
