I don’t fool around… and I’m a borderline CARNIVORE! thankyouverymuch! Documented fact - absent a specific amount of meat (varies by type of meat), I get migraines you wouldn’t believe. And yes, my body can tell the difference between animal and vegetable protein…. no amount of the latter will suffice to stave off the migraine, nor alleviate it once it has onset. Red meat (Beef, Pork, Sheep), Poultry, Seafood, or we might as well forget it. and no, analgesics will NOT neutralize the migraine, either. Meat!
