It’s a matter of something rupturing the engine and/or gas tank in a fashion that leads to sparks.[]I was the unfortunate witness to the aftermath of a fatal DUI accident; the driver lost control of his car, and it impacted a building with such force that the engine caught fire. The engine fire caught something within the car, and in a split second the car and the building were both engulfed in flames.
