Mr.NavyBean: 1957 - hmmm - at that time I was married and had two children. Would have to go back further than that! And I almost wish I could, or that a time when education was thought to be a privilege, and intelligent remarks were more the norm, was still around.
The correct way, or “nice way” is that suck is what you do to candy, a baby’s way of eating, how you get liquid through a straw, for examples. (which you look old enough to know)
There are better, and nicer, ways to say you don’t like something, instead of using unintelligent, lazy language.
You are a nice looking young man, but you look younger than my oldest son. I am using my earned privilege as a great-grandmother to educate the younger generations!
